Two human skeletons have been recovered from the compound of Vigneswara maha Vidyalayam (school) in Kuppilan in the Jaffna District said sources. A skeleton was found today by students who were clearing the school compound.
On Tuesday a skeleton was recovered by workers who were digging near the school. The The Chunnakam Police said the skeleton was about five years old and of a male.
The police conduct further investigations. Kuppilan comes under Chunnakam police division.
The skeletons will be handed over to Mallakam Magistrate's court on Thursday, human rights sources said.
